Highly Capable Nomination Form

Hello Waterville Families,

I’m Sherri Littrell, the Highly Capable Program Coordinator for Waterville School District. We will be screening all students in 2nd and 5th grade, as we have done in the past.

We are also accepting nominations for students who demonstrate the characteristics listed on the attached form.

If you believe your child—or another student—may benefit from this program, please fill out the attached form and send it to me.

If you can’t access the form, you can e-mail me the student's name and grade.

Nominations are due by November 13th
